Yeoh Mei Lin is the Founding & Managing Partner and CEO of Bloomsbury Partners.
She holds an M.Phil in Planning, Growth and Regeneration from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc in Planning and Real Estate from University College London . She brings 10+ years of experience in asset management and property investment, having overseen roughly US$2 billion in developments across Southeast Asia, along with international brand expansion experience across the APAC region.
Under her leadership, Bloomsbury was founded as a property development business, now has built an integrated platform across three arms: Bloomsbury Partners in property and development, Bloomsbury Wellness in longevity and wellness, and Bloomsbury Atelier in lifestyle and membership.

Dr. Alfred Wu

Alfred Wu is an experienced management consultant specialised in Digital Transformation and Smart Cities consultancy with over 30 years of working experiences in ICT and innovation industries.
He leads SolusFutura to provide advisory services to leaders of companies which believe in delivery higher impact using AI, DeepTech and Web3.
Alfred has co-founded or invested into a number of tech start-ups like Edduus, MuXic and QR Robotics. Alfred is a Chartered Fellow of Global Fintech Institute (GFI), Certified Fintech Professional, and a lifetime member of HK Computer Society.
Dr. Seow Wei Qiang
Investor & Advisory Board Member
Seow Wei Qiang is a biotechnology entrepreneur and academician with more than 10 years of experience in the fields of population health, human genetics, and stem cell biology, with a focus on cardiometabolic diseases and inflammation. He received his early training from the University of Cambridge and Stanford University, and is well-connected with frontier research groups in genetics, medicine, and wellness.
Wei Qiang has co-founded multiple start-ups for drug development, biological data platforms, and non- consumer stem cell research in Singapore and China.
Hok Yean Chee

Hotel Consultant – HVS
Hok Yean Chee is President of HVS Asia Pacific. She has over 35 years of experience in more than 30 markets across 24 countries in Asia Pacific and has provided real estate investment advisory services for a wide spectrum of property assets. Her forte lies in providing investment advisory on hotels and serviced apartments including brokerage, strategic analyses, operator search, market feasibility studies, valuations, and litigation support.
Hok holds a Bachelor’s degree (Est Mgt, Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Certification in Real Estate, Development, and Hotel Investment from Cornell University. She is a Licensed Appraiser, registered with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and Hospitality Asset Managers Association Asia Pacific (HAMA).
Ryan James Lim

Ryan James Lim is the co-founder and CEO of Kyberlife, South-East Asia’s largest B2B/B2G open marketplace start- up for Research and Healthcare. Mr Lim is trained in Chemistry, Biomedical & Pharmaceutical sciences; with a history in the healthcare industry, working as a research and surgical assistant in 6 different hospitals across 3 different countries. His experience also covers corporate structuring and governance from start-up to scale-up, and GTM Business Development strategies across SEA.
He served as a research staff at the Metabolomics Facility of Duke-NUS Medical School where he worked on analyzing metabolites in individual samples from experimental organisms or in patients and studying both experimental animal models of metabolic diseases. Prior to Duke-NUS, Mr Lim served as a surgical resident in Shanghai Renji Hospital.
